Description
The Starter 2000 box set was released on April 24, 2000. It was another box set dedicated to teach Magic.
The Starter 2000 box set contains:
- 74 cards (54 6th Edition cards + 20 unique cards with a 1993-2000 copyright line) divided into 2 decks and 2 special booster packs (2 x 22 + 2 x 15)
- 1 Alternate Art foil Rhox card
- 1 CD which contains a Magic instructional video, 6th Edition rules, 6 test games, a visual 6th Edition card list, a strategy guide, weblinks and a screensaver
- 1 enhanced rulebook with 6th Edition rules
- 2 player guides which cover 1 demo game
- 2 playmats to explain the different game zones
- 2 cardboard life counters
- 1 consumer response card to provide feedback
