Description
Under careful direction from Destro, Doctor Mindbender has created a monster. That monster is called Serpentor, and since he first strode from Mindbenders experimental tank, he has taken COBRA by storm. A super-soldier and a madman, Serpentors reign of terror makes COBRA Commander himself look mild-mannered.
